| Online examination is a fast yet simple process for both the candidates and the institution. The candidates had to just walk with their admit cards to write the exam. The examination environment is highly secure with hack proof mechanisms . All the applications except for the examination software are blocked and the questions are set randomly for each of the candidate. | Administrator only has the full authority like adding Teacher, Class, Student, Subject, Question and setting Exam details. |
Add teacher |
Here registration of teachers including username and password are created. Password should have a minimum of 4 characters. A new teacher cannot register with existing username and password. Username name can be edited or removed. |
Add class |
| Here registrations of new classes are done. You can edit or remove the existing class. |

| Registrations of students are done. Student name, class, and roll no are entered through this registration. You can edit or remove a student. Roll number cannot be repeated in a class. |

Registrations of subjects are done here. You can edit or remove the existing subject. |

In the general question category, unit name is selected based on subject. In class wise category, unit name is selected based on class and subject.
In both cases questions are displayed based on selected unit name. From this question list you can select questions for exam. Here you should set number of questions per student which should be less than or equal to the total number of selected questions, exam name, time duration in minutes and exam date.

Students have to enter their class id and roll no for attending the exam. Each student receives the questions in a different order. Student should answer the questions before a specified time. After finishing the exam student can view the mark and grade. |
