Best Engineering College of Uttarakhand, College of Engineering Roorkee has put into operation the apex hybrid language lab – Orell Talk

College of Engineering Roorkee (COER) was founded in 1998 by Seth Roshan Lal Trust and is situated on National Highway (NH-58), which is about 180 km from Delhi. Its campus is spread over 75 acres with spacious lawns, sports grounds, and a cool ambiance. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University.
